ABOUT JESSICA LAWRENCE

Jessica Lawrence was raised in Westchester County, New York, and has a B.A. in English from Manhattanville College with focus on writing, languages, and law.

As a child, Jessica wrote and illustrated her own books. As her education progressed, the focus of her career moved towards writing and eventually to corporate global project management.

Self-taught, the artist has enriched her awareness in classes and workshops at The Center for Contemporary Art, Bedminster, NJ; the Morris County Art Association, Morristown, NJ; The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, Summit, NJ; and the Hudson River Valley Art Workshop in Greenville, New York. She also studied with noted collage artist Jonathan Talbot with whom she co-authored a book on Acrylic Image Transfer.

Jessica Lawrence lives in northern New Jersey.
